The shading is good overall, but that brown you picked for the shadows on the hair just looks completely wrong. I suggest using the HSB color selector in the shi-painter advanced instead of the RGB sliders (go into applet options and you can change it). It's a lot more intuitive to pick shades, and they'll look better to top it off. Also, the shadow on the left bang seems inaccurate with the flat edge on the top.
Otherwise the coloring of the face and so on seems pretty good, nice lineart.
