I'm sure it's hard to tell, and i'm going to improve it drastically later, but she's stabbing him in the chest with her fingers and causing worms to come out of his mouth. Also she has giant worms with baby heads coming out of her back. Let me know what you think of the basic idea and and composition. Fixed the teeth more. I was looking at this and thinking. Why didn't I include a section for her vomiting blood soaked worms onto him? Or even worms coming out of her vagina. Something along those lines of classy.
