I don't really like Sakura, but I am determined to eventually draw all of the Naruto characters! XD
So, since I don't like her, I put Naruto in the picture as well!

What tool(s) do you use for the inside of the eyes? The circle part.

I only use the pen tool for the lines and the pencil tool for coloring. ^_^
