Does he look okay so far?

Pay no mind to the color changing lines, they are due to my lack of expirence with the application XP

Debating whether or not to draw him covered in little water drops or not, debating putting Toshio in the picture {though he would, undoubtably be angsting}, debating background, etc, etc, ect.

I have to ask, though, did you put the droplets on a separate layer then his skin and hair? Because then, you could lower the opacity of the layer, making it less solid and more transparent, like real water droplets. It's a really cool effect I learned a whole ago on photoshop - it is my thoughts it could here too. But enough ranting!
