Between you, Silvair, Maiko, Xiau and a few others here I get to see what truly good Anime art can be. This is how it should be drawn. No worries on the blood, you done good. And the hair and those very luscious lips.

Oh wow, the hair and mouth are GORGEOUS! The hair is especially shiny and Yummy-so is the blood splatter 8D
I can't help but feel the eyes could have been worked on more. I find myself wanting to see more detail in those icy blue eyes, much like you did with the nose, mouth and hair. Other than that awesome work :D!
