I actually find this adorable. Well done. But if I may, thin out the lines a bit using erasure on low opacity so you get some thin/thick/tapered lines. and erase some of the color bleeding on the lineart, it makes an otherwise good picture look messy. Just go back to the teal blue designs and tweak it a bit and..... well nothing more than that (don't touch the eyes, they're my favorite part). Seriously ROLO this is very nicely done. Just hope you keep putting more time into your pieces, you'll find they come out better and better. Now he/she/it needs a name.
