Punky's right. If you go back to this (click revise) and add a new layer with fresh lineart you can go back and erase the coloring that's bleeding out and not worry about losing your lines. As well you should add different layers for coloring that way you won't mess up one color (like the purple) from going onto another (the pink) you can erase the color bleeding. It's cute and I hope you go back and fix it and make it even better.
