I'm not exactly a forensics expert on blood spatter, but here I can definitely tell that someone shot a cherry popsicle, and then they lost their hat as they were running away. Either that, or the popsicle was wearing the hat. I'll have to analyze the direction and dispersion of the blood spatter and take the hat back to the lab to be sure.
