His paintings are nice, but your version has more life to it. Maybe because his colors seem so muted and undertoned. What I meant was what city is this in?

oops, my bad. Well it looks like London (Red buses, square cathedrally thang and a Ford Transit van) and I looked the ref it says Whitehall. That's an area in London and is very well documented here
