I encourage you to spend more time on your pieces, practicing, looking at art sites and books to improve. It takes time but you'll get there. For this try getting rid of that grey around the face, adding more highlights and shadows to the face and hair, look at the tutorials for drawing hair, and practice on your lineart, and the suggestion of a body would make this more complete. She is cute.
