Well, this is nicely done, especially the blowing hair. I don't care for the rest of the hair outlined in black but that flowey hair is amazing. And also how her skin breaks up against the bg. Just wish she had a mouth, she looks a little alien, maybe that's what you were going for. Anyway, good pic. The red bg was a good choice.
