Wow... this is almost perfect. I love the glowing highlights.
(the only thing I see that keeps it from being absolutely perfect is that one solid line of rain going across her shoulder...it's a tiny bit distracting, but if you broke that up a little, it would be perfect)

Beautiful Silvair. I'm with Dave, there are only a handful of really good anime artists here and you top the list. It's just such an emotional scene.
