had no idea what to do about the little cloud thingies or any of the uniform. good thing its all simple and chibi cos i was just goin from my memory. hair is too 'super happy highlighter yellow' like the colour of wee-wee when ur dehydrated 0_0
i aspire to go that extra mile and find a ref. pic next time ^_^
not an enormous effort but i think its cute anyway ... hmph
