Yah, tried to smooth out lineart with bezier and straight line tools... And always, practicing highlights and shading. ^^U Meh. I think I like the background this time!

Clean up the places where you colored outside the lines and and probably make the head smaller (I realize she's looking down, but the it's still a bit too big).

Besides that, it's okay. Perhaps a coloring tutorial to help you?
