Well, that's a surefire sign you're improving, isn't it?
But the thing is that one can't really discern the shading... I suggest making it darker and more definitive.
I also suggest making the canvas smaller, or at least putting in some background or something, or drawing bigger. All that blank space is not helping the picture at all.
I'm interested in seeing her full body design.

I agree with the shading, and try to finish drawing the rest of her, she looks incomplete. You have lot's of space left so I recommend going back to this.
