I like the amount of detail you put into shading the eye. It is very pretty. And the simplicity of the skin shading makes a good contrast.

Thanks I was thinking there was too much skin, I thought that I should put in something I just cant figure out what

Hm, perhaps you may want to add the bottom eyelid to take up a bit more space, darken the shading beneath the eye, and make the eyebrow thicker.
The detail on the eye is very good. I would also suggest to make the highlights on the eye completely white, to give the eye the liquid quality it posseses.
