By doing what I did I fucked up the lives of everyone around me...I shouldn't have...I just hope they'll forgive me and not hate me for the rest of my life and/or theirs. My mom sold her wedding rings to pay for my mistake, gave up her concert tickets, and her and my dad both have made me feel like shit. Sometimes I wonder why I'm still here...

You're only a fuck -up if you don't learn from it and try to do better. Be glad you didn't do irreparable harm to yourself..or someone else.You can start over from here, if you want to

Stuff like that is always going to happen, you have to plan ahead a little bit. It's nice that your parents gave up so much to pay to fix it, but maybe they should have let you walk for the next few months instead of giving all this up to make you feel so bad.
