Okay.I know the sketch doesnt look ll hat good and its small in size but i hope ill be anle to touch it up when i "Ink" it.so you can leave i nasty comment ifyou want...but i woul prefer you didnt.and i know someone has alread posted a picture with this peice of work but i really really wanted to do it.

P.s. I only took five minuted on the sketch..is that bad?

well it looks like it took 5minutes. i'd say your proportioning is all wrong, and i suggest you use a grid too get those proportions back in place. Or just try and look at how each part of the face relates to the other bit.

for eg, does the earring go below the chin ? is the hair really that long? and finally, try and get the picture in the centre.

agreeing with the above, try comparing yours, the original, and the other entry to see how you can alter it.. I think its shortened from top to bottom here- it may be the way you are looking at the image- if you draw from a page that is flat on a surface you get foreshortening- try propping the picture up and you will see that it is taller than you have now,,,,keep going though- the more you do the more you learn,,

These guys have given you great tips but also remember that when you enter something you don't have to have it showing. The unifinished(hidden) selection is available to you when you submit a drawing. Its a great tool so that you can safety save without having to expose unfinished or raw work you'd rather not have criticized quite yet.
