In all honesty, I haven't a clue who he is.
So, I decided to give a shot at him.

[EDIT] D< Crap! I figured out who he was. This is actually Kyo from Dir en Grey. xD Ha. I'm so stupid. O.o But then why was his picture under the name Miyavi??

XD It's cute,But,I think it looks more like one of the members of Dir en grey than Meevers D:
I really dont think Meev has had orange hair X_x Orange streaks in his Miyavizm/Freedom Fighters hair,But not solid orange D:,And his face is a bit longer XB
Edit: And his eye peircing is on the same side as his lipring,and he has a nosering XB

Butbut,I really like the coloring and how you draw D:

That's a him? Again I was completely fooled. I'd clean up the sketchy lines in his eye and lips otherwise nice picture.
