I read this thing that said "A single tear is large enough to fill the Alantic." so i drew a photo of a
giant eye crying over the Alantic ocean. It's really bad though.

What is a layer? I'm new and don't what it is!

Click 'config', then click 'applet options' then 'Oekaki Shi-Painter'. switch the interface mode from classic mode to advanced mode

You can still use layers on classic mode, but I use advanced mode :D
