It's been a while, but I at least worked on this for 35-36 minutes. If you can tell, it is a pic of Kira from the Dark Crystal.

I suggest you stay away from the blur tool. They never make your lines look any better, in fact, it makes it look worse.

I remember you-you drew that gelfling picture from before. I agree this should be back in beginner but if you use layers you'll be able to blur the color layer without affecting the lines :)
