Katie is my daughter and Chris is her husband. Thanks for the compliment, it was the hardest drawing I have done here so far. I see a lot of things I need to fix since I submitted it.

Thanks for the nice comments, and yes...all three of my daughters are gorgeous. She is actually prettier than my drawing, but I am so new to this I couldn't capture all of her beauty. Good resembelance though for a beginner I suppose. I will start a drawing of Katie and Chris' baby Isaiah soon (actually he will be 2 years old next month). He is adorable.

I brought his right arm out to the front and added a little shadow on that side of the shirt, took a black line off from Katies top right arm as well. fixed her shirt sleeve a bit. I would like to add some texture to the fence, but don't know if I will or not.

I had just noticed you could see through his hair, and it didn't have any texture. Maybe looks better now.

the arm looks like its a little too long, but other than that, i really like this one! the shading is done very well, and i like how you did her hair; very pretty

Thanks, now that you mention the arm...it does look a tad bit long. I love doing shading, it is my favorite part of a drawing, and I wish I couild do hair better. I have seen some on here that look so realy you could reach out and touch it.

Whoa.....I was way off on your age. You have a daughter thats married.....wow. Nice. I was gonna ask if this was you and yours, but then I read the comments. lol. This is good, and the guy reminds me of someone but I can't think of who.
