Thats nice, i like your style but the white caps sorta ruin the picture, i sugest using layers, its easy to use, i agree that the hand looks funny but thats okies ^^ hands are hard to draw D:

I think it was a kind of interesting technique that you used to achieve the highlights (or, at least, I think they're highlights XD) (blur/fill tool?), but a)the white dots kind of ruin it b) the anatomy is a bit off c) the lineart is kind of messy and d) this is not a collab. If you were to work on those aforementioned things, I think this would be an intermediate quality drawing... Keep at it though :)
