And at least her people are proportinate and don't use the same mouths over and over again.
And also,they don't look exactly the same and I don't see your characters looking very different from each other either.

November can draw. Everyone can draw if they put enough effort into it. It's immature to push off a critique by insulting someone. And I agree with her, the shoulders are a bit too round. The shape/size of the head also needs some work, and the facial proportions.
Here's a tutorial to help you out. Just keep working at it, and I'm sure you'll improve a ton.

It's never good to say you're better than someone. Some people may prefer her style over yours, some yours over hers. And it doesn't matter if it isn't anime (even though it is) because there are a diversity of styles to use that are all artistic and can all be beautiful.

Nobody likes to have their art bashed, so please refrain from doing so.

I looked through your gallery, and she left one critique on only one your pictures: the one she left here. She does think people need to work harder, and everyone does, that's improvement. She also works harder on hers. She's improved a lot since she's been here.

Neck is too long, face is too round, shoulders are too round. Color is not in between the lines, lineart looks like chicken scratch. But don't worry, you should see me when i first started out.
