In training, a description of both the character and myself. I like how I did the character this time, though I think the background leaves a lot to be desired. How do you draw a good forest BG anyway?

You can try practicing on the backgrounds/landscapes by using a reference, they really do help :3

A simple landscape art book will help you break down how to do it. Starting with sketching out the pieces (trees leaves mountains etc) then help you by going step by step color blocking. Liking it so far.
