IMO the one eye does look off. I know youre going by the 3/4th perspective but her left eye seems either to small or too far (Im leaning on a combo of both, but Id get anothers eyes to help out) to our left. Maybe try finding a close ref picture and compare? Id also like to see you spend some time on hands. Youre like one inch away from getting the down.
Besides that youre doing mroe than fine. I think someone said before "You give anime on 2draw a good name". I agree with that statement whole heartly. Keep up the fantasic work. :)
Marini, I loaded up the image myself to see what the problem was. Xiau drew her lineart on layer 0, which means Shi-painter will load that as the bottom layer at first.
To make it so you can draw underneath her lineart, click and hold on Layer 0 in the layer list, then drag it up to Layer 2, then let go of the button. A little menu will pop up that lets you choose between "Shift" and "Merge." Click on "Shift." After that, the other two layers will be underneath Xiau's lineart. If this is too confusing I'm sure Xiau would be happy to move the lineart layer for you. :)
