I have no idea why you'd think she's suppose to be a gundam. The Osaka with the knives picture that seems to float around the internet on various sites and this drawing is based on is from a brief scene during one of the summer vacations when she woke up her teacher (who was there as a supervisor) while holding a kitchen knife and scared her. It was actually a really funny scene.

Wow, Redpanda is wise and apparently he also seems to fit into the "Gundam nerd" category. Cool little picture.
