Frick and Frack! Kids with guns are perfectly fine if you teach them how to use them safely, then you don't have to lock them up and worry about them getting them and shooting themselves or each other. You did a fantastic job on that gloved hand, that's actually what compelled me to comment.
Not really, I think maybe the flesh just needs a little more saturation of color, and maybe more gradient to give it dimension. (not a whole lot, just maybe be a little bolder with the colors you already have here, all of the shadows and highlights are in the right places)

I think I've gotten the hang of shading clothes, but lost the ability to shade skin properly. =[
