it's actually really nice! ^.^ the nose is a little awkward, and the eye is slanted up a bit too much, but it's really nicely done. the shading on the lips is really lovely. ^.~
well, I like the shading & highlights in the eye, I think you should shorten it a little though. Oh and just so you know, the nostril area of the nose should be an eye's length from the actual eye itself. Good pic though.
