I don't think i've ever had Brussel Sprouts, i'm not keen to try, however. The colours you've used are nice, reminds me of an artists style, can't quite put my hand on it.

...a little blackened butter with chopped, toasted hazelnuts is my favourite way to eat them. Lovely work, Suzie.
