I like how the hair is done. I suggest you use Oekaki-Shi Painter if you want to do smooth lineart.

The blue-ish/purple-ish shadows on the skin looks cool too :D.

When the applet freezes, hit the refresh screen button, and then a box opens asking if you want to restore the last image, click yes and you'll be back in business. Look in Zack's profile, there are some links there to how do do lineart , I beleive.

Can you outline the hair with a lighter colour? What a shame to loose all those lovely art nouveau curliques. Hopefully it's just my computer monitor, but I can't see the details of the hair very well against the dark background.

I am extremely reluctant to say this to someone who has patienceisovertated as a name :O but...I think the white outline is too much contrast. It's okay, don't get me wrong. But I'd try a medium-to-light tone outline here. Just my two cents. Don't hit me. (cringes)

Don't worry. I'm not a violent kinda gal. And the white outline is actually transparent, so all I have to do is create a new layer and add colour behind, so it should be super-easy to change. I like things to look nice... so my dislike of having to be patient is usually overridden (is that even a word?) by my desire to have things look nice, when it comes to art :)
