Wow... this is terrific. I absolutely love the skirt. Great job on the textures, and... everything.

This has a lot of wonderful elements. The fabric in the skirt if very fine. One problem I see is that she doesn't quite look like she is sitting on that plinth. She seems almost to be floating above it. Is there a story behind the character? She almost looks like a silent movie star, Theda Bara, maybe.

:o) Thank you all very much. I've been wanting to tackle this for a long time but was afraid. I'm not sure where the picture came from. Maybe my step-daughter found it. She always saves pictures for me to try out. Again....thanks.

OK the title of the picture was Zita1. I did a google search and found that this is Zita Johann. She starred opposite Boris Karloff in the classic 1932 film The Mummy. So...There you go. hehe

Wow! The skirt is definately interesting. You must have had a fun time doing the detail on the top and skirt. Haha, it wasn't me who found this picture, it may have been Daddy.
