Great illusion, the circle looks like its vibrating. And it like, grows and bulges when I move my head in close. :)

Ooooh my eyes!! OMG my eyes! LOL Awesome effects! How did you draw this w/out going blind?! OMG EVen cooler. Just tried your suggestion and wow!!!!! (the looking and then moving away as you look) That is just flat out trippy. Amazing stuff there.

he used the testure tool to place the black text book texture then on the layer behind it he made small black dots then blurred that layer.
