Alright, where to start? Perhaps you could try sketching an outline of what you're going to draw before you draw it, and try different angles, always having the person in the picture facing you gets old quickly, also, trasparency is a cool effect, but it's not best to use it on everything, it makes it look really blurry.

there is no sense of shape here...no anatomy i guess. you arent even trying...11 minutes is not enough to be called practice.

I think 11 minutes enough to be called practice, I am trying usually I don't even attempt to draw faces. But thanks for making suggestions.
