Cute colors. I think you may need to seriously reconsider doing drawing like these, though. Try taking longer amounts of time on them, and maybe check out some other drawings to try to get the anatomy right. I also might suggest that you resize the head so that it doesn't look bigger than the body, hair goes over the head, it isn't part of it. You also might want to practice some lineart. (I mean drawing without saving, just to get a feel for the application) You could also check out other people drawings and integrate their styles in with your own to make it that much more unique. I'm not saying steal someone's style, just check out some other drawings (preferably on the intermediate board or higher) and see how awesome people can draw and maybe it will inspire you to practice until you become that good. Yes, I know I'm not that hot of an artist on the computer either, but I DO spend a whole lot of time on them. Oh, and by the way, they eye looks really cute, and I love Naruto as well ^.^
