Paint BBS only has 2 layers, though, doesn't it? I used to use it all the time over at WeSketch.
So it would be kind of hard to give the lineart its own layer.
I don't mind the lines. Looking at it now the only real problem his his face shape and the lack of wrinkles in his clothes. Makes em look like cardboard. His face just gets too narrow towards the chin.
