Do you think there's any validity to the notion that the difference between the reference and the drawing shows the artist's filter on the world?

Fixed the nose, since I said I would work more on facial proportions last pic. Maybe one more push to 'donedom'.

I love those glasses. The skin looks great too, it looks so soft. And the texture and shading on the jacket are incredible.
