yes, its yaoi. But don't bite my head of or anything because they're an actual couple, its not like naruto and sasuke together. I dont fantasize about stuff like that. Loveless happens to be a yaoi show so >.>.. yea don't kill me for drawin anything like this.

no this is absolutely fine. you cant even really tell that they are both guys and coupled. even so, i think it is a very nice picture.

I guess the bottom one could look like a boy somewhat.. but the other one is totally a girl.

Plus, they are actually together in the show, and I am pretty sure at least one of them is over 18 and the other is either over or very close to 18. XD Hah.
