That's not what I see at all. I see a carefree boy, a Mom not worried enough to yell for him until well after dark, flipping on the porch light (still not really worried)... except that his supper is getting cold. Like he says, a simpler time. What in the HELL does comb overs have to do with it? IDIOT! :)
Hell yeah! When I was a boy my mom had to call 5 times to get me inside for dinner, I'd be out on my bike or playing ball with the neighbors. After dinner I'd go back outside and play until my mom called me 5 more times to go to bed. Now kids have soccer practice, music lessons, dance, gymnastics, video games, TV.... I sometimes have to force my kids outside. This past week end we raked leaves and my girls jumped in them. Then we collected bugs. These are the things that create the most cherished childhood memories. OK, I'm off the soapbox, but your drawing brought all this to mind.
where i grew up we had no neighbours..the house was in woodland..i was also home educated by my mum so i never really had any friends...i honestly didnt care...i spent my whole childhood riding my bike around the woods with my jack russell Rosie in my bike basket..(oh and building dens..drawing..etc) lol great draw Dan :)
where is the bicycle? it needs some flames and ghostrider.
but srsly, this is pretty damn sharp for a minimalist approach.
intersting and fresh idea as always.
Very nice, but I thought this was advanced boards? What's with the double standards of getting on everyone's case in intermediate about time? Very interesting....but nice picture Axil
haha. i see the man with the combover. the wheels being the two lenses of the spectacles. the pedal where the bridge of the nose would be. the handlebar closer to the seat being the strand that has been combed over. ha. cool
