but the eyes a bit far apart
there is a trick to locate the inner most part of the eye
if you draw or see a helpline from the furtest edge of left or right wing of the nose straight up
the eyes start there
h?...i'm dutch too (saw that in your profile)
leuk gemaakt schilderijtje
mn engelse grammatica is slecht maar je begrijpt het zo te zien
wat ik bedoel te zeggen is trek een lijn van af de rand van je neusvleugel om hoog daar begint de binnenkant van je oog(dutch translation of the above post)
i ussually draw on feel too but if i can't seem to get the eye right i use the trick
the trick works also if you draw the eyes first ,just draw the lines down instead of up
also a trick to see if the eyes are propely aligned is : the space between the 2 eyes has to be about 1 eye width
thus the lower part of the nose is 1 eye width, at least almost
i collect anatomy books there full of tips on drawing/modelling the human face and body
i buy them at local budget book stores
or you can also check out www.fineart.sk for anatomy refs
didn't know there were book on anatomy...but i've already cheked out some sites on the internet that where pretty usefull
