I update it when I'm not bogged down with exams and life... it helps keep a bit of my own stuff going, when so much of the artwork I have to do is for classes and therefore has guidelines that I don't always find inspiring.

That's really quite neat. I have a black leather journal/sketch book in which I doodle and write bullshit. Art ideas and silly thoughts. Keep up the good work.
