how do i select a portion and move it? his head is too far above his shoulders, but i couldn't get the 'select rectangle' and 'move selection' command to work, so i must have done something wrong. i posted the pic anyway, despite it's disfigurement because it's a good oppurtunity to learn about selecting and pasting (hopefully).
