Meh I am rusty at Oekaki, but I like doing the black light effect on my drawings (Basically drawing from a black background) right now I am just using the simple oekaki until I get better up there and able to use more than 2 layers ^^; Yeah I am working on my skills with dragons and shading here so hehe it's not the best.
