This picture is dedicated to Rachel, she asked me to make a picture of our friend getting a haircut by a penguin. Strange it turned out to look like Mike Moore so I made it that way. Its strange because our friend is slim, wears contacts, and don't wear a hat, oh yeah and clean shaven.
