It's my first picture, do you like? Personally, I think it could use a tuch-up...but I guess it's ok, right? The reason I dicided to draw this is because I was feeling lonely since THEE of my family members died MYSTERIOUSLY in the SAME MONTH, my boyfriend moved >,<, & seven of my friends either moved away, or sent missing...anyway...I'm looking for C&C, so...Go Ahead! :D

Ok i'm sorry didn't even read your comment the first time i posted. So to reframe from sounding like a complete and total asshole i dont like your picture becuase it is depressing shes crying in the rain and her eye liner is running down her face i think you can do much better.
I do not know your family but, i'm sure they don't wont you to be her the girl from the picture; they wouldn't want you to be sad so smile. Its ok.

She can do really well on paper, but on the computer...let me just say it. She sucks with a mouse. DON'T KILL ME AT SCHOOL TOMARROW!

Err... her heads in the clouds. Literally. Her arms a bit stubby. Like little sticks. You don't have to show the in the picture, besides if you don't show them, you don't have to do the hands! I like it aside from those small things! Good job!
