added seaweed,fish and shadows....heh.. looks a lot better...he has that cute pose like " what are you looking at?" his fish looks like he is going crazy or is vey angry at something =D thats good... thats the effect i was looking for...anyway it looks better in my opinion

heh i was on the laptop ....the mouse-pad is hard to use but oh well....i fixed those lines on the wings that messed up....i wish i could fix those eyes a little=/ oh well...made wings longer and bandana poofier! ....oh thanx 4 the comment xiau! talk to you all laterz!
