Damn, that's some awesome skin tones there. Wonderful!
HunterKiller_ (Sep 12, 2005)
Excellent portrait. Skin tones are brilliant, yes.
LasRever (Sep 12, 2005)
Amazing work! Ah, dramatic lighting just does it for me. X) And the hand doesnt look bad, just need to define it more, so it doesn't look so unfocused next to the detail of her face.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Sep 12, 2005)
Love the really warm flesh tones and just the general overall feeling of this one is good. Hands are so hard to do and this one isn't really far from being just right, stay on the same track you're on and it'll turn out great.
davincipoppalag (Sep 12, 2005)
Beautiful subdued light and smooth blends...really good so far.
Anna (Sep 12, 2005)
Yeah hands are pretty hard, but I'm sure you'll get it. This is great already! :-) All that in only 2 hours. I'm jealous! heheh Oh and I really really like the cheekbone. And the cheek color. Hell, the entire cheek area. \o/
Renuar (Sep 12, 2005)
Yea, that cheekbone area is real nice. Looks promising...keep going.

Awesome job Keco! I love how you did her eye/nose area. Her face is very smooth looking, I also like how you did her eyelashes. Excelentay :]
lycene (Sep 12, 2005)
Wow, only two hours?! The skin tones are amazing, and I love the shading. Her nose is awesome. The mouth is pretty cool, too, and I love the slight hint of tooth (of all things to notice on this). Good luck with this; I'm sure it'll turn out beautiful.
hideyourface (Sep 12, 2005)
I think the eye is too close to the nose, and the chin/bottom lip is too big.

Awesome, the proportions look much better. I rest with my comments before.
LisaAnne (Oct 23, 2005)
Its like I can feel the warmth of the blood just under the skin.
fleeting_memory (Oct 24, 2005)
why is this so familiar? Who has drawn this before?? Look nice though
Miss_DJ (Oct 24, 2005)
just wonderful ...skin tones are fabulous and I think the proportions are better than fine
srarh1122 (Oct 24, 2005)
Great!!!
Elleth (Oct 24, 2005)
nice work- really like the darker blending. then hand is indeed abit off but thats probably just a shadowing problem =)
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Oct 28, 2005)
This is one of your best, Kenn. Such rich tones and depth, and the facial features are wonderful. The only thing I would change if it were mine, would be to soften the hair you have on the forehead just a little. There's not a thing wrong with anything to do with the proportions of the hand or the face as far as I can see.

I do have to say this... hideyourface.... I think you should spend a little more time analyzing and improving your own art. Most of your criticisms are way off and generally useless.
meobi (Nov 16, 2005)
Whoa this actually looks like oil paint but the hand's not as detailed as the face, maybe thats the point cos you want the subject to be the face but still it will look nicer if the hand is more detailed too...

showcase please.
terracotta (Dec 28, 2005)
Very beautiful. The colours are so lovely and her expression is compelling--I get a sense of worry or indecision. The only thing I might suggest working on is the dark shadow above her eyelid--if you could soften the edge of that to give the impression of a smoother increase in the roundness of the bone structure just below the eyebrow.

pretty

I agree,it's so good it should be on the showcase
