right on very very cool-the greyscale was a nice touch but I like this version better. Her ear looks kinda big cause the color change abruptly on the other side of her hair but if I look at it long enough its fine :) VERY VERY nice draw-I like it a lot ^^

I really like the half-gradient-half-not shading look going on. Very cool. Awesome lineart. I like the abstract-ish hand especially.

The colors are very nice, and your style is very distinct. I think what I like best about this is the composition, and how the hair brings your eye to the other side of the canvas.
