I really like the colouring on the and shading on Ravens hair, very interesting ^.^ BB's neck doesn't really seem to join up with the rest of his body though, and bg could use some more details.
other than those things, this is a really great picture ^.^

As for BB. His neck IS attatched to the rest of his body. It's just covered up a bit by
Raven's Arm thingy. I do agree though, the troat COULD have been brought back a bit.
And i couldn't get the stars to form!!!!! So Sue me if the Background is off. I'll try and work on that if I can.

you didnt do anythign wrong. Besides-he has no authority to move things so don't worry-this looks like you put a lot of effort into it I am glad you can take pride in it :) I've been seeing a lot more of the BeastBoy Raven pairings recently.

I think its beginner just because of the pencil used with the blurry stuff, and a lot of the limbs are drawn with the line, and there isn't much shading, and the anatomy isn't quite right yet.
