WOW. this is AMAZING! i love the necklace, eyes, and hair, it all is so shiny and bright. OMG THE BACKGROUND IS NOT BORING I LOVE THE BACKGROUND *heh* its so lacy and cool :) Its just so cool.

the eyes are beautiful, the lineart is awesome! the hair has a super cool effect for what intrigues me is the eyes, they remind me of strawberry notations XD Very nice picture and welcome!!
